He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Rine and Elma Rine (Smith); his son Robert E. Rine; and his siblings, Carroll Rine, Jenny Beach, Lawrence Rine, Esther Hull, Irene Baker and Norma Craven.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rine (Williams); his son Doug Rine of Mount Vernon, OH; and his grandchildren, Sherry Lynn Rine of Mount Vernon, OH, Cassie Lee Rine of Mount Vernon, OH and Corey Eugene Rine of Mount Vernon, OH..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Flowers Snyder Funeral Home (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens (18260 Coshocton Ave, Mt Vernon, OH 43050).
