Though Velma Mae may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Velma Mae leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hall and Myrtle Richardson; and her children, Jimmy Edward Pelfrey and Brenda Parsley. She is survived by: her children, Debra Duty and Michael Pelfrey. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
