It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth M. Reid (Mount Sterling, Ohio), born in Williamsport, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Long and Eva Long; her husband Dwight Reid; her siblings, Paul, Eldon Long, Mildred Morgan and Florence Long; and her grandson Collin Matthew Ewing.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald, Kathie Reid of Wooster, OH, Janet and Ron Brown of Mt. Sterling; her grandchildren, Stacie Miller (Kyle), Scott Reid (Jessica), Jenna Reid, Hollie Carter (Chris) and Dustin Brown (Becky); her great grandchildren, Avery, Emilia Clemens, Reid Carter, Cameron, Brooklyn, Sophia and Becca Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Morgan and Lois Long. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
