She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. L. D. Williams and Phoebe Williams; and her siblings, Dowell Williams, Robert Williams (Geneva), Roger Williams (Bernadine), Vonnie Williams, Bill Williams (Leona), Sam Williams (Reda), Beulah Sparks, Dixie Wells (Alva), Jewell Johnson (Woodrow), Edna Adams (James) and Edith Adams.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Scaggs; her children, John Scaggs (Tonda), Jack Scaggs (Marsha) and Sharon Wall (Scott); her great grandchildren, Alyssa Miles, Ruby and Arlo; her brother Donald Williams; and her brother-in-law Roy Adams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
