He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Roxie Bott Thomas; his siblings, Wanda Pitts, Sharon Parker, Wilma Keaton, Wade Thomas, Jerry Thomas and Margaret Hansel; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Thomas, Jim Smalley, Ray Manns, Carl Parker, Moses Pitts and Ed Hansel.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Manns Thomas; his children, Kathy Shull (Willard), Clinton Thomas (Cindy) and Roxanne Malone (Steve); his grandchildren, Aaron Shull (Renee), Jacob Shull (Rebekah), Jesslynn Munson (Shull), Keirsten Thomas, Joshua Thomas (Brittany), Natalie Malone, Clayton Malone, Abigail Malone and Cayden Malone; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Levi, Abram and Emma; and his siblings, Josie Smalley, Robert Thomas (Sue), Andrew Thomas (Mev), Steve Thomas (Rose), Randy Thomas (Sandy), William Thomas (Norma), Linda Manns and Ralph Thomas (Judy). He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Summers Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
