He is survived by: his children, Renee Spradlin (Tim), Lee Howland (Joyce), John Howland (Kim) and Sara Petys (Chris); and his siblings, Gary Howland (Brenda), Patricia Howland and Teri DeLong (Mike). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
