He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, David E. Green and Jane Green. He is survived by: his wife Jody; his pet Shyla Ann; his sister Betty Barney (Roger); and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Green and Bobby Green. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
