She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Sue Ball; her siblings-in-law, Roy Lee Hatfield (June) of London and Debbie Clifton of Derby, OH; her children, Bonita Jayne Rivera (Steve Drennen) of Columbus, OH, Thomas Wayne Church of Columbus, Nancy Lynn Church and Barbara Sue Church (Julie Vargo) of Columbus; her grandchildren, James Lee Nathan Rivera, KatieJo MacKenzie Drennen, Jacobi Clifton Vargo, Thomas Austin Dean Vargo and Andrew Robert Kane Vargo; and her pet Polly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
