He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Blackburn and Agnes Blackburn; his wife June Blackburn; his sons, Robert Blackburn and Jerry Blackburn; and his brother Bernie Blackburn.
He is survived by: his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Renee Blackburn; his grandchildren, Bobby Blackburn (Kelsey), Kevin Blackburn (Jenna), Jessica Blackburn (Ryan Walton) and Jenn Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Luke, Lauryn, Elaynna, Maisley and William Colt; his brothers, Ronnie Blackburn and Randy Blackburn; and his aunts, Loretta Blackburn and Elsie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
