She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Knox (Seymour) and Fred Knox; and her siblings, Carl, Bud, Edgar Knox, Gladys Griffin, Joann Byers, Irene Brown, Pauline Faine and Doris Hemrick.

She is survived by: her husband William Caldwell; her sister Sharon Massie; and her children, Dean Reedy (Brenda), Kim Tilley (Terry), Tammy Benetez (Jesse) and Angie Kiser (Jeff). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142, Memphis TN, 38101-9908.
