He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth D. Fox and Clara Ann Hollar (Hampton-Fox); his siblings, Robert "Bob" W. Fox and Melinda "Lindy" Thompson; his stepfather James Hollar; and his nephew Blake Card.

He is survived by: his children, Patricia Fox (Jason Prater), Kenneth Fox (Ashly) and Madonna Massie (Dustin); his grandchildren, Zane, David, Chloe, Harmony, Alexia, Corbin, Miya and Carter; and his siblings, Sandy Rosier, Vickie Coffman, Dennis James "Jimmy" Fox, James Hollar and Samantha Jones. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
