She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Walker and Marian Walker-Hamilton (Richards); her stepfather Donald Hamilton; her children, David H. Sambuco and Caroline Kaye; her siblings, Shirley Spoon and Denny Walker; and her son-in-law Boots Kubat.
She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Sambuco; and her children, Edward D. Sambuco of Steubenville and Melanie Kubat of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
