He is survived by: his children, Joseph Sparksman (Cindy) of Wheeling and Shelly Walters of Bellaire; his siblings, Wayne Price (Tana) of Wheeling and Robyn Price of Baltimore, MD; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Price of Bridgeport; and his grandchildren, Imeri Morehead, Andrea, Allison Gaiters, Paul Felix, Jayda Marshall and Dasani Walters. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.
