He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Peltz and Cora Peltz (Livingston); his wife Donna Peltz; and his sister Marianne Sefsick. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Peltz (Laura) of Salisbury, NC and Dr. Carrie Peltz of Midlothian, VA; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Riley Peltz; and his siblings, Edward Peltz (Rebecca) of Indianapolis, IN, Audrey Rushin (John) and Cindy Starcher. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
