He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Kay Sterling. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Harr (Scheehle); his children, Deborah Starosciak (Corey), Kimberly Smith (Brian), Jodi Miller (Jerry) and John Harr Jr.; his siblings, William Harr Jr. (Dorothy), Shirley Kokiko (Charlie), Donald Harr (Patty), Carol Ciroli (Vince) and Robert Harr (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Emily Smith, Sophia Smith, Jared Miller and Lauren Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Church 123 Union St., Mt. Pleasant, OH 43939 in his memory.
