He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Starosciak and Patricia Starosciak (Bates). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Starosciak (Jackson); and his siblings, Scott Starosciak (Toni), Jana Michelik, Shawn Starosciak (Joyce), Corey Starosciak (Debbie) and Kyle Starosciak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson Funeral Home (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935).
