David Culler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2021, at the age of 73, David Culler of Mount Pleasant, Ohio, born in Weirton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Culler and Cora E. Culler (Dennis). He is survived by: his wife Sallie Culler (Hertler); his children, Jay Culler and Noel DeCaria (Bruno); his stepdaughters, Tracy Heath (Rick) and Teri Emery; his brother Wayne Culler (Juanita); and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all services will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor's local food bank in his memory.
