It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Kemp Parnell (Mount Pleasant, Ohio), born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on December 30, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford H. Parnell and Jonnie Kemp Parnell; his children, Peggy Parnell Drane (Melvin Edward III) and Dr. Philip Parnell; his granddaughter Col. Tracy Drane Provenzano; and his great grandchildren, Paul Edward Provenzano and Christopher Kemp Provenzano.
