She was predeceased by: her parents, William Steele and Laura Steele (Bennett); and her husband Harry Moore. She is survived by: her children, Melody Yee of Virginia, Carmella Burch of Martins Ferry, Harold Heath of Martins Ferry, Jimmy Heath of Martins Ferry, Harry Heath of Martins Ferry and Louise Milbert of Martins Ferry; and her sister Vera O'Hara of Bridgeport, OH. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
