He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Slack and Goldie E. Slack (Brown); and his wife L. Irene Slack. He is survived by: his son Greg Slack (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jeremy Slack (Kelly), Jenny Morris (Konrod) and Jessica Stevens (Nick); his daughter Vesta Cavinee (Randy); his granddaughters, Katie Dodson (Doug) and Mollie Lewis (Bo); his sons, David Slack (Tina) and Bendigo; his sisters, Mary Jane Kirkbride (Bill) and Martha Jarrett; his sister-in-law Loreita Slack; and his brother Bob Slack.
The family asks that memorial donations in Paul's memory be made to the White Cottage Church of the Brethren.
