He is survived by: his wife Shirley Keen Blevins; his children, Ottice Blevins Jr. (Wendy), Rick Blevins (Tracey), Danielle Blevins and Will Blevins (Ally); his brother Earl Gene Blevins; his grandchildren, Casie, Carley, Steele, Brittany, Nathan, Ellie, Ethan, Connor, Emma, Maddie and Sara; and his great grandchild Sage. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
