He is survived by: his parents, Jack Head and Susan Harper Head; his daughter Andrea Head; his siblings, Paula Watts, Kathleen Smout (Steve), Chad Head (Mary), Jenni Lane (Mark) and Todd Head (Jodi); his grandmother Carol Denton; and the mother of his child Casey Head. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
