He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McAbee and Christine McAbee; and his brothers, Fredrick Barr and Charles Barr. He is survived by: his wife Mary Barr; his children, James Michael Barr, Earl L. Miller III (Tanya), Jacqulyne Goodbar (Mark), Carrie McMahan (David) and Melissa Miller; and his siblings, Jarry Barr (Jackie), Cora Dalzell (Stanley) and Christine Bowles (Randy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
