It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Richard Rockwell of Mount Perry, Ohio, born in Dresden, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Rockwell and Lillie B. Rockwell (Stotts); his wife Judy Ann Rockwell (McElroy); his brothers, William and Eugene; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen (Wilson); his brother Arthur; his sister-in-law Sandra (Crawmer); and his sister Eileen.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Lillie), Michael (Tessa), Paul (Cynthia) and Matthew (Ricci); his grandchildren, Jessica Galloway (Ryan), Jessie Wise (Ryan), Luke (Sarah), Kaleb (Cali), Jacob (Casey), Raven, Paxton and Willy; and his great grandchildren, Finlea, Brooklyn and Daniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care or South Zanesville Unity Church of the Nazarene.
