She is survived by: her children, Rita Fields (Mike) of Mt. Orab, Tracy Carpenter of Mt. Orab, Nola Ward (Dennis) of Hamilton and John Carpenter of Warren, Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren; her 22 cherished great-grandchildren.
