He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Barber and Millie Barber (Sovine); and his siblings, Tony Barber, Kenny Barber, Doris Smith and Rita Birchfield.
He is survived by: his wife Tulane Barber (Boothby); his children, Dale Barber (Joanne), Teresa Jones (Allen), James Barber (Diana) and Roger Barber (Rose); and his sisters, Ruth Kerr and Rosemary Eversole. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
