She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Burgett and Gertrude Burgett; her husband Charles Holt; her sons, Rob West and Leroy Charles; her daughter-in-law Stephanie West; and her siblings, Billy Gene Burgett (Ruth) and Bonnie Richey (Carl).
She is survived by: her children, Lori West (Shawn Shanks) of Mt. Orab, David Holt (Steve Carrado) of Raliegh and Teresa Essex (Mark) of Blanchester, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Robby West (Jill), Amber Williams (Terence), Kristin Jasper (Chad), Fawn Hornsby (Glen Murrell), Ryan Hornsby, Cody West (Marissa Combs), Megan West, Kirsten Essex, Kevin Essex (Ellen), Daniel Essex (Debbie) and Adam Essex (Nicole); her great grandchildren, Chayce Watson, Shae Williams, Austin Williams, Kaileigh Conover, Kingston Conover, Elin West, Annelise West, Maverick West, Ella West, Lucy Hornsby-Murrell, Sean Essex, Elizabeth Essex and Dakota Essex; and her great great grandchild Roman Williams.
