He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stephens (Scroggin); his daughter Carrie Herrmann (Stephens); and his siblings, Jim Stephens of Florence, Jerry Stephens of Burlington, Connie Jo Wentworth of Paris, KY and Tena Abdon of Virginia.
