He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hawk and Carol Hawk; and his grandson Nathan Tucker. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hawk and Justin Hawk; his grandchildren, Makenna Hawk and Jewel Walsh; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Trainor, Kinsley Tucker and Karaline Tucker.
