With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy E. Dowling of Mount Orab, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Louis and Verna Jean Dowling; his wife Donna Gail Dowling; and his siblings, Richard, Ronald Dowling, Norma Fox, Linda Bailey and Marsha Humphries.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Dowling (Carla) of Russellville, Samantha Blackburn (Brian) of Mt. Orab and Zachary Dowling of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, Joshua Dowling and Jasmin Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Dowling of Hamersville, Roger Dowling of Hamersville, Peggy Coburn of Lexington, Connie Waits (Galen) of Sardinia and Cindy Dowling of Georgetown, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
