He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie G. Murrell and Louise R. Murrell (Evans). He is survived by: his children, Phillip K. Murrell (Shelia) of Loveland and Amy Miller (Brian) of Florence, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Christopher, Emma, Grace, Sophia Murrell, Dreya, Sunny and Ruby Miller; and his siblings, Pamela Murrell of Cincinnati, Stanley Murrell (Vicky) of Williamsburg, Dennis Murrell (Helen) of Mt, Therese Murrell of Lexington, John Murrell (Rita) of Muncie, Cathy Burton (Doug) of Mt. Orab, Paul Murrell of Mt. Orab, Elaine Strong (Tim) of Mt. Orab and Joseph Murrell of Mt. Orab. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
