It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melva Scroggin of Mount Orab, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Partin and Elva Partin; and her husband Robert L. Scroggin. She is survived by: her children, Linda Arlinghaus, Pat Stephens (Robert), Connie Boise (John), Robert Scroggin Jr. (Laura) and John Richard Scroggin; and her brother Louis Scroggin Jr.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
