She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Armstrong and Nellie Armstrong; her husband Dallas Smith; her children, Dean, Laura Lewis and Dennis Smith; and her siblings, Shirley Amiott, Charles Armstrong, Janet Smith, Linda Shuemake and Robert Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Daryl Smith (Jerri) of Mt. Orab, Duane Smith (Claudia) of Kansas, Donald Smith (Jane) of Stout, Lisa Conover (Billy) of Winchester and Sue Dickens (Mike) of Mt. Orab, Ohio; and her brother Kent Armstrong of Mt. Orab, Ohio.. She is also survived by her 26 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
