She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Roe and Virginia Roe (Bloomfield); her husband Carl W. Frazier; and her son Leon Burchett. She is survived by: her children, Carl Wayne Frazier, Cindy Frazier Black (Jack), Kim Spradlin (Tim) and Julia Frazier-Mathews (Keith); and her siblings, Tommy Roe and Mary Lou Grooms. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
The family requests all donations be made in Judy's name to Hospice of Hope, Ohio Valley, 215 Hughes Blvd. Mount Orab, OH 45154.
