He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hastings and Mary Ann Hastings; and his brother Pat Hastings. He is survived by: his sisters, Beth Robinson (Ken) of Cincinnati and Cyndy Patrick (Dennis) of Birmingham, Alabama; and his nephews, Jack Robinson of Cincinnati, Josh Patrick (Kelly) of Birmingham, Jason Patrick of St. Louis and Mitchell Hastings (Mindy) of Georgetown. He is also survived by four great-nieces and two great-nephews.
