She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Ruby Lewis (Wells); her husband Murl Garry Layman; her daughter Brenda Layman; and her brother Charles Eugene Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Lawwill (Gene) of Batavia, Gary L. Layman (Christine) of Georgetown, Belinda Newberry (John) of Wichita, Barbara Adamson (Rodney) of Batavia and Beth Ann Sroufe (Whitney) of Red Oak, Ohio; her grandchildren, Drew Lawwill (Kristen), Brandon Lawwill, Nicholas Layman (Amanda), Stephanie Willey (Scott), Jason Layman (Brittany), Ambera Robinson (Dan), Alissa Hartman (Matt), Alex Adamson, Alexandra Starkey (Shane), Ashton Newberry, Carlee Ellis and Caroline Householder (JT); her great grandchildren, Levi Layman, Jacob, Caleb Robinson, Asher, Eli, Ephram Hartman, Harley, Oakley Schultz, Solomon, Collins Willey, Adalyn, Evelyn Lawwill and Josie Layman; and her sister Wilda Wardlow of Williamsburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
