He is survived by: his wife Carol Waits of Mt. Orab, Ohio; his daughter Amie Sexton (Chad) of Mt. Orab; his stepgrandchildren, Lane and Wyatt Sexton; and his siblings, Janice Pettit of Mt. Orab, Terry Waits of Williamsburg and Cathie Stroop (Floyd) of Mt. Orab, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
