She is survived by: her children, Terry Warren (Dave) of Mt and Keith Shockey (Beverly) of Berea, Kentucky; her foster son Gary Berry (Angela) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Angela Cabal of Louisville, Dawna Rae Warren of Boulder, Devin Shockey (Laura) of Berea, Kentucky and Jared Shockey of Berea, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Judah, Nolan, Elsie, Lola Cabal, Amelia and Wyatt Shockey; her sister Mabel Sarver; her grandchildren, Shepherd, Annis Wilson, Cecil Burns, Noah Burns and Clarence Burns; and her nieces and nephews, Vicky, Austin, Robert, Donna, Michael, Mark, Laronda, Dwayne, Wayne, Scott, Lucinda, Jeremy, Chance, Vincent, Dale and Johnna.
