He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Chase (Daskalakis). He is survived by: his father William Chase of New York; his children, Katherine Chase (Jim Moran), Victoria Chase (Bryant Parks), Ellan Steward (Dustin) of Georgetown, Stephen Chase (Christina) of Wesley Chapel and Craigg Chase (Anne Huschart); his sister Valerie Chase of Long Island; his uncle Ward Coe (Diane) of Florida; and his close friend Steve Naughton (Mary Ann) of Poughkeepsie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cahall Funeral Home (101 Liming Farm Rd, Mt Orab, OH 45154). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
