She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Edna Adeal Ruggles; her husband Charles Armstrong; and her siblings, Joan McGee and Bill Ruggles.

She is survived by: her children, Janey Burchell (Jamie Whitacre) of Mt. Orab, Becky Ober (Gary Folger) of Eastgate, Brenda Chaney (Steve) of Mt. Orab and Neil Armstrong (Sabrina) of Mt. Orab; her grandchildren, Bethany Bertsch (Alex), Brady Ober, Ryan Chaney (Sarah), Alex Chaney (Emma), Jonathon Armstrong (Erin), Jordan Whitacre, Erin Spiller (Austin), Bradley Armstrong, Marissa Whitacre and Cassidy Armstrong; her great grandchildren, Audrey and Eva Bertsch; and her siblings, Faye Harbottle, Dan Ruggles (Rosa), Diane Turner, Don Ruggles (Jamie) and Sharon Ruggles. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
