He was predeceased by: his sister Ashley Chester. He is survived by: his parents, Earnest Campbell Jr. and Sandy Campbell (Davenport) of North Vernon; his sons, Adam Campbell, Luke Campbell and Elijah Campbell of North Vernon; and his siblings, Earnest Campbell III (Tracee) of Williamsburg, Ohio, Judy Schwacke of North Vernon and Amanda Howard (Kyle) of North Vernon. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
