He is survived by: his wife Veronica Pennington; his children, Yvette Pierce (Darrell), Catrice "Tanisha" Robinson, Chanae'Pennington, Bernard Jr. "Webster" Pennington and Edward Pennington; and his siblings, Rosemary Wright (James), LaVerne Pennington, Robert H. Pennington (Amanda), Sherre Pennington Calhoun and Valesia Pennington Rogers. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
