He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Bass and Mary Lee Brown; his wife Lucille Bass; his children, Lisa Bass and Wadell Bass, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lakeisha Pleasant and Kahlil Bass; and his brothers, Henry Lee Bass and James Bass.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Bass; his sister Barbara Ann Walker; his grandchildren, LaMarr Bass and LaWaun Bass; his great grandchildren, Kahlil Bass Jr., Renae Bass, Kameilah Bass and DeMarr Bass; and his close friend Diana Debro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
