He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Lue Dempsey; and his brother Kevin Dempsey. He is survived by: his children, Laura Everett (Gary), Russ Dempsey (Teresa) and Keith Dempsey (Heather); his grandchildren, Edward Everett, Brandy Everett and Amber Nemtsas (Luke); and his siblings, Tom Dempsey, Chris Mills (late John) and Brian Dempsey (Tammy). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
