She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Andrews and Patsy Andrews of Harlan County, Kentucky.; her husband Warren Allen; her son Kurt Kuschnerus; and her brothers, James Andrews and Donald Andrews.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tyler Grile (Carolyn), Travis Grile, Liesl Kuschnerus, Kiera Kuschnerus and Xander Kuschnerus; her children, Karina Morgan (Jim) and Konrad Kuschnerus (Anne); her siblings, Jack Andrews (Carol) and Vicki Wilson; and her close friends, Earl and Lillian Suddarth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
