She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Steinkoenig and Norma Mae Steinkoenig. She is survived by: her spouse Charles R. Hormann; her children, Rob (Barb), Randall and Tim Hormann (Jen); her grandchildren, Robbie (Amanda), Ryan, Andrew, Jaden, Logan and Peyton Hormann; her great grandchildren, Landon, Addyson and Charli; and her sibling Linda Ottaway (Mick).
