She was predeceased by: her husband Kendrick W. Skaggs; and her siblings, Margie, Eugene and Billy. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Skaggs (Anita), Thomas Skaggs (Trish) and Elizabeth Wiggins; her grandchildren, Andrew, Tori, Jordan, Alyssa, Olivia, Paul and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Melody and Aamir. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
