He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kevin Lee, Stephen Kash McCarty, Jerry Lynn McCarty, Jason Eric McCarty Sr. and Emily Faye McCarty (Sam Guffey); his grandchildren, Brandon, Shayna, Amanda, Megan, Trevor, Jason Eric Jr. "LJ", Becca, Rhett, Tre', Alex, Maddi and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Ashtyn "Cookie" and Braxton. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
