She was predeceased by: her husband Carl J. Mack; her son Douglas C. Mack; and her siblings, Ronald Douthit and Sharon Ober. She is survived by: her son Gregory Mack. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
