He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Ray and Jeanette Rosalyn (Boyd); his spouse Mary Francis (Baldwin); his brothers, Mike Ray (Joyce) and Jim Ray (Barbara); his children, Linda Russell (Dan), Elizabeth Carr (Don) and Thomas E. Jr. Ray (Diana); his grandchildren, Jason Hanahan (Andrea), Danielle Wright (Shaun), Lincoln Counts (Sheila) and Ashley Ernst (Daniel); and his great grandchildren, Cole, Brendan, Landon, Ellie, Evan and Emily.
